Carbon Fiber Aero Scoop & Tray Integration
This project involved the precision fit-up of a carbon fiber aero scoop onto a dual-carburetor drag racing induction system. We performed technical modifications to the lower tray, including precision-cutting carburetor throat clearances and installing gold-anodized Dzus fasteners for quick-release functionality. To support the assembly, we engineered custom carbon fiber tube standoffs featuring in-house machined aluminum inserts, ensuring a lightweight mounting solution that can withstand high-vibration race conditions.


Flow Control Salvage & Re-Manufacture
This project required a high-stakes repair after a customer sheared a flow control needle off at the aluminum housing. After performing a clean extraction of the broken material to preserve the housing's original threads, we machined a custom replacement needle from brass. This precision fix saved an expensive component from being scrapped, providing a durable, custom-fit solution that restored the unit to perfect working order.


Carbon Fiber Wing Angle Adjuster
As part of an ongoing weight-reduction initiative for a competitive dragster, this wing angle adjuster replaces traditional heavy steel components with a high-strength composite and alloy hybrid. By pairing a lightweight carbon fiber tube with a precision-machined 7075 aluminum insert, we’ve created a component that maintains structural rigidity under high downforce loads while significantly cutting overall mass. This build illustrates our focus on using exotic materials to shave every possible ounce from the vehicle without sacrificing aerodynamic stability.


Prototype RZR Wheel Bearing Greasers
Engineered to streamline drivetrain maintenance, these prototype 44mm and 50mm bearing greasers offer a precise solution for high-performance UTV servicing. The design allows for thorough lubrication without axle removal, significantly reducing labor while extending the lifespan of critical components. Machined to tight tolerances for a leak-free fit, these prototypes demonstrate a focus on creating rugged, specialized tools that solve real-world mechanical challenges in the powersports industry.


Ultralight Dragster Air Launchers
High Country Mfg. pushed the limits of weight reduction with these ultra-lightweight air launchers specifically engineered for dragster applications. Utilizing a high-performance combination of carbon fiber and titanium, these units were designed to provide maximum actuation speed with the lowest possible mass. By replacing traditional materials with this high-strength composite and alloy pairing, we’ve achieved a weight floor that is likely the absolute physical limit for this component. This build highlights our expertise in exotic material integration and our commitment to shaving every ounce possible for competitive drag racing.


Aluminum Chassis Jig
This precision-machined aluminum chassis jig by High Country Mfg. provides a rock-solid, lightweight foundation for high-tolerance frame fabrication. Built from heavy-walled aluminum to ensure maximum rigidity without the rust or weight of a traditional steel fixture, it features integrated leveling points to maintain a perfectly flat datum line. This build showcases our ability to create specialized shop tooling that eliminates variables and ensures flawless structural geometry for custom automotive and powersports projects.


Ultra-Lightweight Carbon Fiber Bow Stabilizer System
This 34-inch carbon fiber bow stabilizer incorporates precision gun-drilled titanium inserts to achieve exceptional durability at a total weight of only 4.1 oz. Engineered for performance-driven archers, the design balances rigidity and weight efficiency. Shorter hunting stabilizer lengths from 8" to 16" are currently in development.


Custom SBC Magnetic Pickup Fabrication
A custom offset magnetic pickup built for a Small Block Chevy with a stock water pump, ensuring proper clearance and reliable ignition timing without modifying the factory front accessory setup.
