High Country MFG is committed to processing and shipping orders as quickly as possible.
Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Estimated delivery dates provided by carriers are not guaranteed.

High Country MFG is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Damage
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, retain all packaging materials and contact us immediately so we can assist with a replacement or claim process.
Return & Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused and uninstalled.

The item must be in its original packaging.

All original components must be included, including the tool and protective case.

The product must be in resalable condition.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be denied.
NO Returns on Used Tools
Due to the precision-machined nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on products that:

Have been used, installed, or operated.

Show signs of wear, damage, modification, or misuse.

Are missing original components or packaging.
Any returned product determined to have been used will not qualify for a refund and may be returned to the customer at their expense.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
For approved defective or damaged product claims, High Country MFG will, at our discretion:

Provide a replacement product at no additional cost, or
-
Issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Photos of the damage or defect may be required to process your claim.
Return Authorization
Before returning any item, customers must contact High Country MFG to obtain return authorization instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee to cover inspection, handling, and processing costs. Any applicable fee will be communicated before the return is finalized.
Refund Processing
Once a returned item is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part.
