Spark Plug Tool

Both sides of the machined block are threaded to accept both gasket-seat and tapered-seat spark plugs. Thread the spark plug into the tool just as it would install into a cylinder head.

Secure the tool in a bench vise or hold it firmly using a drill chuck adapter. Attach a drill or cordless drill and run it at high speed. Apply steady forward pressure to engage the cutting action, which removes the steel sealing ring from the spark plug and prepares it for inspection.

Once complete, remove the plug and inspect the porcelain insulator to clearly read combustion patterns and engine performance data.

Use a 5/8-inch spark plug socket or wrench to remove the spark plug from the tool body.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Due to the nature of this precision-machined tool, any item that has been used or shows signs of operation is not eligible for return.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days and we will replace or refund it promptly.

A restocking fee may apply to approved returns.
